GalleryLink gives you password-protected client photo and video galleries from one link. Fill a gallery from a Google Drive folder (it stays in sync automatically) or upload photos straight to GalleryLink — no Drive needed. Here’s everything you need to deliver one, usually in about a minute.

Choose Upload photos when creating a gallery and drag files — or whole folders — straight into the form. Subfolders become scenes, uploads resume if your connection drops, and the live preview fills in as photos land. Storage is part of your plan: 2 GB free, 10 GB on Pro, 250 GB on Studio.
Manage uploaded photos anytime from the gallery’s Photos page: reorder, move between scenes, set the cover, or delete. On Studio, clients can also download the whole gallery as a ZIP, and previews can carry your watermark while downloads stay clean.

A theme is a full visual identity — typography, colour, shape, and a cover style. Choose from Editorial, Minimal, Noir, Folk, Film, Studio, and Modern.
A layout controls how photos are arranged: Masonry, Grid, Large, Mosaic, Feed, Frame, and Spotlight. Masonry and the column layouts read left-to-right, top-to-bottom and balance automatically using each photo’s real dimensions.
If your Drive folder contains subfolders — or you drag folders with subfolders into the uploader — each becomes a named scene (e.g. “Getting Ready”, “Ceremony”, “Reception”) with its own section header. Loose photos in the top level appear first. No subfolders? It’s a single flowing gallery.

From the dashboard you can view, edit, copy the link, or delete any gallery, and see how many photos clients have favorited. Uploaded galleries also get a Photos page for reordering, scenes, and the cover. Editing never changes the slug, so shared links stay valid. Deleting a Drive-linked gallery never touches your Drive files; deleting an uploaded gallery permanently removes its uploaded photos.
Pro includes a public page for your studio at yourname.gallerylink.live, or on a domain you already own. It is built from the same Drive folders and galleries you already have, so there is no second site to keep up to date.
Social profiles allow one link. Yours is gallerylink.live/@yourname: a short page built for a phone, holding your logo, your buttons and your most recent galleries. Because the galleries strip reads your latest deliveries, it is current the day after a wedding without you editing anything.
gallerylink.live/photographers lists studios on GalleryLink, grouped by city, each linking to your real portfolio and inquiry form. Inquiries go straight to you and there are no per-lead fees.
Free includes one gallery (Drive-linked or up to 2 GB of uploads), the Editorial & Minimal themes, and Masonry & Grid layouts. Pro unlocks unlimited galleries, 10 GB of hosted uploads, password protection, every theme & layout, your own studio page at yourname.gallerylink.live (or your own domain), and removes GalleryLink branding. Drive-linked galleries store no media at all: GalleryLink keeps only metadata and reads your Drive folder live via the Drive API, caching results briefly to stay fast and within quota, with thumbnails and downloads served straight from Google’s CDN. Uploaded galleries are stored on Cloudflare R2, served worldwide from the edge, and removed the moment you delete the photo or the gallery. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and gallery access uses a short-lived signed cookie.
Only if you ask it to. Drive-linked galleries keep files in your Google Drive — we store just metadata and read the folder live on each visit. Uploaded galleries are hosted by GalleryLink (Cloudflare R2) with plan-based storage, and deleting a gallery deletes its files.
No. They open the link, enter the password if you set one, and view. Favorites are remembered per browser without any login.
The gallery auto-syncs. It reads the folder on every load (and when the tab refocuses), so changes appear within a minute.
Yes. Turn off “Allow downloads” on the gallery and the download button is hidden (the resized preview is still shown for viewing).
No. The slug is fixed when the gallery is created, so links you've already shared keep working even after edits.
