These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GalleryLink (the “Service”) at gallerylink.live. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GalleryLink lets photographers turn a Google Drive folder into a shareable client gallery. The Service reads files from a Google Drive folder you have shared and presents them as a gallery. We do not host, re-upload, or store your photos or videos — Google Drive remains the source of truth and we store only gallery metadata (such as the folder ID, title, theme, a hashed password, and your links).
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
3. Your content and Google Drive
You retain all rights to your photos, videos, and other content. You are responsible for having the rights to share that content and for how you configure Google Drive sharing. You confirm that sharing a folder through the Service complies with Google’s terms and any agreements you have with your clients. You are responsible for the content of galleries you create and the links you distribute.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- violate the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- abuse the Google Drive API or exceed reasonable usage.
5. Plans, billing, and payments
GalleryLink offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles billing, card data, and tax; we do not store your payment-card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you select until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or the customer portal.
6. Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in line with Dodo Payments’ policies and applicable law. Contact us at gallerylinklive@gmail.com with any billing questions.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Because galleries read live from Google Drive, availability may also depend on Google’s services. We may modify or discontinue features over time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content stored in your Google Drive or for the availability of Google’s services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalleryLink and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deleting a gallery or account removes its metadata from GalleryLink; your Google Drive files are never affected.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
