Names under every photo
Catalogue galleries show each item's name beneath its photo, taken from the filename or a caption you set, so the grid reads as products rather than pictures.
Product catalogues
Somewhere in your Drive there is already a folder of product photos, sorted into subfolders, named properly. The conventional next steps are all bad: rebuild it as a PDF that is stale the day it exports, paste it into a website builder you now maintain, or send the raw folder and hand your customers a file manager. GalleryLink turns that folder into a catalogue page directly.

Point a gallery at the Drive folder that already holds your product photos. Subfolders become categories, filenames become the product names shown under each photo, and the catalogue updates whenever the folder does, so there is no export step and no stale PDF. Password-protect a second gallery over the same folder for trade buyers.
One subfolder per category: chairs, tables, lighting. Name each file the way the product should be labelled, because that name appears under the photo. Your existing folder discipline is the whole setup.
Paste the folder link, choose the catalogue preset, pick a theme in your brand colours. Categories appear as sections with a jump bar, products in a clean grid with names visible.
The same address goes in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp replies and your email signature. When someone asks what you sell, the answer is one link that opens instantly on a phone, no app and no account.
New product photographed, dropped in the folder, live in the catalogue. Sold out, removed from the folder, gone. There is no publish step to forget.
A second gallery over the same folder with a password becomes the stockist view. One set of photos, two audiences, nothing drifting apart.

Catalogue galleries show each item's name beneath its photo, taken from the filename or a caption you set, so the grid reads as products rather than pictures.
A buyer can send an inquiry from any photo, with the item name attached automatically. It lands in your dashboard and your inbox, with no per-lead fees.
Visitors mark the pieces they are interested in and send you the list. What comes back is exact product names, not descriptions of a photo halfway down the page.
Logo, accent colour and theme are yours, and the catalogue can live on your own domain. Nothing about the page says it started life as a Drive folder.
The free plan publishes one live gallery — enough to try this on a real job. Pro is $5/mo or $50/yr for unlimited galleries, password protection, every theme and layout, and your own studio subdomain. Your photos stay in your Google Drive either way, so nothing here is priced by storage.
See full pricing →Yes. Upload product photos directly instead, and everything works the same way. Drive is the convenient path if the folder already exists, not a requirement.
Put the price in the item's caption or name if you want it visible. GalleryLink is deliberately not a checkout: buyers inquire or shortlist, and the sale happens wherever it happens today.
Make a second gallery over the same folder and password-protect it. Trade buyers get the password; the public link stays open.
That is most of the point. The catalogue is a fast page with resized previews, not a PDF someone has to pinch-zoom through.
