One delivery link per client, forever

An agency delivery has more audiences than a wedding: the marketing manager who booked you, the designer who needs loose crops, the social person pulling three frames for tomorrow, and whoever gets the link forwarded to them next quarter. GalleryLink gives each client one permanent branded address where every campaign lands, organised into sections, downloadable by anyone with the link.

The short answer

Give each client one gallery that grows: each shoot becomes a section at the same permanent link, so the client always knows where their content lives and you never send a second address. Full-resolution downloads with no accounts and no per-seat fees, your branding on everything, and inquiries landing in one pipeline.

What makes this delivery hard today

The GalleryLink workflow

  1. 1

    One gallery per client

Named after the client, not the shoot. This is the address they keep for the length of the relationship.

  2. 2

    Each campaign is a section

Spring launch, headshots, event coverage: sections with a jump bar, newest first. The link never changes; the content under it grows.

  3. 3

Deliver in stages when the deadline is tonight

Publish selects the same evening and add the full set later at the same address. The recap post ships on time and nobody waits on the full edit.

  4. 4

Let the client forward it freely

No accounts, no seats, no cost to you when the link spreads through their organisation. The whole set downloads as one archive for the person doing the portal upload.

  5. 5

    Keep it alive

Next quarter's stakeholder gets the same link. Galleries do not expire, which for retained clients is the difference between a delivery and an asset library.

Why it fits agencies & content studios

Your brand, not ours

Logo, colours, your domain if you want it. Paid plans carry no GalleryLink branding anywhere a client looks.

Sections that match how clients think

Campaigns, not folders. A client scrolling their gallery sees their year of content in order, which quietly argues for the retainer.

ZIP the set, or just the picks

Studio plan adds one-click archives of the whole gallery or a submitted selection, full resolution, exact originals.

Video alongside stills

Clips play inline and download at full quality, so the cutdowns live with the photography instead of in a separate link.

What it costs

The free plan publishes one live gallery — enough to try this on a real job. Pro is $5/mo or $50/yr for unlimited galleries, password protection, every theme and layout, and your own studio subdomain. Your photos stay in your Google Drive either way, so nothing here is priced by storage.

Questions agencies & content studios ask

Can clients pull single frames without downloading everything?+

Yes. Every item has its own share link and download, so the social manager takes three frames while the designer takes the archive.

Do client galleries need a password?+

Usually not for launch content, since it is about to be public. Use one for embargoed work, and switch it off at launch without changing the link.

Can we run this on our own domain?+

Yes. Custom domains are included on paid plans, so deliveries live at a subdomain of your agency's own site.

What does it cost as we add clients?+

Nothing extra. Plans are flat: unlimited galleries on Pro, so the twentieth client costs what the first did.
