Most MLS boards want listing photos at least 1024x768, with 2048x1536 recommended and 3000px on the long edge accepted, saved as sRGB JPEG under about 3 MB, landscape, and free of watermarks, logos or text. Common questions

What size should MLS photos be?
At least 1024x768, with 2048x1536 recommended and up to 3000px on the long edge accepted by most boards. Landscape orientation with a 3:2 or 4:3 ratio is preferred, saved as JPEG in sRGB. Boards commonly cap file size around 3 MB, though some allow more.
Can listing photos have a watermark or logo?
No. MLS rules generally prohibit watermarks, agent or brokerage logos, contact details and text overlays on listing photos. Keep branded versions for your own portfolio and deliver clean files to the agent.
Do my photos get uploaded to your server?
No. The resizing happens in your browser using a canvas, so the files never leave your device. That also means the tool works on a slow connection and costs you nothing.
Does it remove metadata?
Yes. Re-encoding drops EXIF, which removes GPS coordinates of the property, camera serial numbers and editing history from the delivered file. Rotation is applied first, so photos shot on a phone stay the right way up.
How do I send the finished photos to the agent?
Put them in a Google Drive folder or upload them to a GalleryLink gallery, then send one link. Agents open it with no account and download at full resolution, which is faster than a ZIP for someone working from a phone between viewings.
