Same-Day Sports Galleries: From Final Whistle to Parents' Phones

Before the game: the gallery exists first
The single biggest time saving is to build the gallery the night before, while you can think. Create the Drive folder for the fixture, share it as Anyone with the link, and create the gallery pointing at it. It is empty, which is fine. Give it the fixture name, choose the theme, set the password for a youth team, and copy the link into a note on your phone.
Now the delivery step on the day is nothing more than exporting into a folder that already has a live address. There is no moment after the game where you sit down to "do the delivery". It has already been done.
The car park pass
After the final whistle, before you drive home, spend ten minutes with the laptop on the passenger seat. Pick twenty to thirty frames: the goal, the celebration, the save, the team photo, one frame of every child you can manage. Apply your preset, export into the folder, and post the link to the team chat.
That is the delivery parents will remember, because it arrives while they are still in the car themselves. The frames are full quality, they open in the browser with no account, and the heart button is there for a parent to start collecting their own child before dinner.
Only what is in the folder is visible, so there is no risk of a half-edited frame leaking. The gallery shows the folder as it is right now, nothing more.
The evening edit, at the same link
At home, do the real edit at your own pace and export the full set into the same folder. Because the gallery reads the folder live rather than copying it, the new frames appear at the address parents already have. Nobody gets a second message, nobody has to find a new link, and you never explain that the earlier gallery was a preview.
If the full set is large, a subfolder per half or per team makes it navigable. Subfolders become named sections with a jump bar, so the car park frames sit at the top and the full match sits beneath them, in order.
Several games in one day
Tournaments and Saturday doubles are where this workflow earns its keep. One gallery per team, each created in advance with its own folder and its own password, and the links stored in a single note. Between games, export the car park pass into the right folder and post the right link. In the evening, fill each gallery in turn. Every team gets the same experience and you never mix up which parents saw which link.
